Mike Elmore

Mike Elmore, PGA, is the General Manager at Coeur d’Alene Golf Club in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where he leads the operation of one of the region’s most cherished public golf facilities, known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong community engagement. A dedicated PGA professional, Mike combines his passion for golf with a commitment to growing the game at every level—from beginner players to seasoned competitors—while fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for instruction, events, and daily play. Under his leadership, the club has continued to enhance member and guest experiences, including active participation in local Inland Empire PGA events.

Jim Colliflower

Jim Colliflower, PGA, is the Head Golf Professional at Coeur d’Alene Golf Club in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, bringing over a decade of dedicated experience to one of the region’s most welcoming public golf facilities. Originally from Colorado and raised in Ojai, California, Jim turned his passion for golf into a profession after a successful career in the hospitality industry, earning PGA membership in 2014 and honing his teaching skills at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento before joining Coeur d’Alene GC. Known for his approachable, patient instruction, Jim excels at helping beginners and juniors discover the fun and fundamentals of the game and is deeply involved in community programs like “Clubs for Kids,” where he custom-prepares donated clubs for young players. His commitment to growing the game and supporting players of all ages has made him a valued leader both on and off the course.

Spencer Skipper

Spencer Skipper, PGA Associate Professional at Coeur d’Alene Golf Club in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is a dedicated golf professional and competitive player with deep roots in the North Idaho golf community. A former standout at Lake City High School and a consistent competitor in Inland Empire PGA events—where he has posted low professional scores and helped represent the club in Pro-Am competitions—Spencer brings both passion and performance to his role, supporting instruction, player development, and community golf programs at the club. His commitment to growing the game locally is reflected in his involvement with junior initiatives and youth outreach alongside the club’s teaching staff.
